ZLP630 suspended platform/hanging lift is intended for temporary installation for lifting people and their working tools for aerial working.
This equipment is perfectly for lightweight aerial construction work such as outer wall painting, decorating, refurbishing, jointing, repairing, window cleaning etc.
The complete system consists of working platform motivated by two electric hoist and suspended by steel wire ropes and lifting mechanism.

Safety Features

1. To ensure safe operation without danger to personnel, the platform is equipped with multiple safety devices as follows
2. Electromagnetic brake incorporated in the LTD hoist.
3. Two fall arrester devices (Anti-tilting safety lock) acting on the safety wire ropes.
4. Two upper limit switches
5. No power descent in case of power failure.
6. Emergency stop.

Lifting Mechanism
